Why I Created HappyDr
I created HappyDr because I saw a clear gap in the dental journey. Dentists spend years mastering clinical skills, yet many feel lost when it comes to career direction, clinic setup, business decisions, and finding genuine mentorship. After dental college, most of us are left to figure things out on our own, often relying on scattered advice, WhatsApp forwards, or trial and error.
As a dentist who has also worked in the corporate and business side of healthcare, I experienced these challenges firsthand. I understood how overwhelming it can be to balance clinical excellence with real-world demands like finance, operations, marketing, and long-term growth.
